The club shall be known as yBall Sports Club. Here after referred to as yBall Sports Club
The aims and objectives of the club are:
- To promote the sport of yball.
- To offer coaching and equal game playing time for all players.
- To ensure a duty of care to all members of the club
- To provide all its services in a way that is fair to everyone
- To ensure that all present and future members receive fair and equal treatment
The club will be managed threw the committee consisting of
- Club Welfare Officer
- Development Officer
Only the positions here will be able to vote at meetings, positions will be reviewed annually.
The Committee will be convened by the Secretary of the club and held at a designated time period decided on by the committee: no less than 12 times per year.
The Committee will be responsible for adopting new policy, codes of conduct and rules that affect the organisation of the club. The research and proposed alterations will be headed up by the Development Officer.
The Management Committee will be responsible for disciplinary actions of members who infringe the club rules/regulations/constitution.

All members will be subject to the regulations of the constitution and by joining the club will be deemed to accept these regulations and codes of conduct that the club has adopted and the policies and rules of the Governing Bodies of our sports.
Membership of the club is open anyone of any age.
To become a playing member of the club you must complete a Club Registration Form to the satisfaction of the Club Secretary.
Fee’s subject to discretion
Members will be enrolled in one of the following categories:
- Officer of the Club
The annual fee surrounding memberships will be determined on a monthly basis and subject to the direction of the club.
